Frederick Xavier Ravin III has approximately two decades of fiscal management, organizational development, and IT management experience, seven years of which were in supervisory roles for Fortune 500 companies. Frederick’s strategic leadership skills have helped strengthen departmental relationships, program management, and created internal operational resiliencies. Over the past two decades, he has also honed his operational and capital fund management skills while improving the overall portfolio management for multiple organizations and entities. He has experience developing strategic plans, managing initiatives, reviewing complex technical designs, financial reports, formulating work plans, and implementing policies and procedures. Strong collaboration and influencing skills have translated into Frederick’s success when working with City Council, County Commissioners, and various other organizations when responding to high-visibility and complex issues. His experience managing the implementation of operations and managing processes for the vetting of innovative solutions through business case development processes provides him with a unique skill set to analyze business, performance, and compliance values.
